Lee Jung-hyo Appointed as the 11th Head Coach of Suwon Samsung Bluewings
Suwon Samsung Bluewings Football Club has officially appointed Lee Jung-hyo as the club’s 11th head coach.

⚽️Coach Lee Jung-hyo has a proven track record of success, having led teams to K League 1 promotion as a head coach at Seongnam FC in 2018 and Jeju United in 2020. In 2022, after taking the helm of Gwangju FC in the K League 2, he achieved direct promotion to the top flight by winning the league with a record-breaking 86 points—the highest in K League history.

⚽️Following his appointment, the club has immediately begun preparations for the 2026 season. We are committed to doing everything in our power—including squad restructuring and tactical reinforcement—to fulfill the collective goal of returning to the K League 1.
